What are your must-visit fashion boutiques in Marseille?

First, there’s Egg, my sister Elsa’s vintage boutique, located right next to Honoré. Every piece is carefully selected, sometimes reworked with embroidery or trims to become truly unique and full of character.

I also love By Marie, for its sharp selection of fashion and accessories that blend international designers with Mediterranean inspiration. Refined and full of charm  it’s impossible to leave empty-handed.

Another must-visit spot is Jogging, a true concept store that combines fashion, design, and gastronomy. You go there as much to get inspired as to find a statement piece or a beautiful object.

I also like to stop by  Sessùn, for its feminine, bohemian spirit. For a more timeless style, Allan Joseph is a wonderful address, with a chic and contemporary selection of elegant, understated brands.

And just a few steps from us, at 116 rue Sainte , you’ll find an arty, inspiring concept store mixing fashion, home décor, and lovely local finds a charming place that’s always worth a visit.

What are your favorite home décor addresses in Marseille?

In Marseille, inspiring spots are everywhere! One of my all-time favorites is Maison Empereur a place full of history and one of the city’s true institutions. I can spend hours wandering its aisles, surrounded by timeless everyday objects and vintage household treasures.

For design enthusiasts, I recommend Atelier 159, AD Interior , and Studio 19  Marseille-based studios that explore bespoke furniture and architectural lines, perfect for anyone looking to take their interior design project to the next level.

And of course, Honoré a space that reflects my world, where artisanal objects and unique creations come together. It’s a true source of inspiration for those who love to craft living, evolving interiors.

Finally, there’s my passion for vintage, a real thread that runs through the way I decorate. I love hunting for objects with a story. Among my favorite spots: puces de Fifi Turin in Marseille, full of charm and unexpected finds, and the Avignon trade fair, reserved for professionals though not always the best place for bargains!

Your favorite restaurants and bars with great decor in Marseille?

When it comes to food, Marseille is full of places that make me fall in love as much for their plates as for their decor.

The Devo bar-restaurant by Ferdinand Fravega, designed by the duo Mélissa and Axel Chay, is a graphic and refined spot — intimate, inspiring, and just my kind of place.

Run by Italian brothers Christian and Kevin Stradaioli, Localino al Mare welcomes you on Boulevard Vauban — the very street where I grew up — for a pasta alle vongole in a sunny, joyful atmosphere, with the Italian accent and generous plates we all love.

Special mention to La Trattoria Jogging and La Poissonnerie Kennedy , two places I adore for their warm vibe, delicious cuisine, and decor full of character.

Le Bar de La Relève remains a true local institution — always lively, always charming. Perfect for a lunch in the sun with friends or an after-work drink.

And finally, Gaspard a cocktail bar imagined by Ben Colombani and designed by Annick Lestrohan — a tiny gem where the decor is wild, the cocktails are amazing, and Ben… irresistibly kind.

Where to stay by the water in Marseille?

To experience Marseille’s calanques spirit, I love the  Tuba Club a Mediterranean cabanon reimagined by Marion Mailaender, where turquoise waters meet sun-drenched design.

When I want to extend that relaxed cabanon de pêcheur feeling, I head to Jogging Samena, a charming and characterful seaside retreat just 50 meters from the crystal-clear Samena cove.

And for a true escape, nothing beats Cabanon des Goudes a peaceful hideaway set right on the water, capturing the timeless spirit of a fisherman’s hut with a refined twist.

Where to stay in the heart of Marseille?

For a stylish city break, I particularly love Hôtel Amista formerly Hôtel Saint-Louis redesigned by Dorothée Delaye. It’s an elegant, central address where you instantly feel at home.

When I’m looking for a more relaxed vibe with a touch of dolce vita spirit, I head to La Relève, an iconic spot decorated by my mother and me.

For a stay blending Provençal design, local craftsmanship, and Mediterranean art de vivre, Enamoura is the perfect choice — a beautifully curated house right in the heart of Marseille.

And for a chic family weekend, Maisons Dominos is a must. Run by my brother and sister-in-law, this charming house nestled in the Roucas-Blanc neighborhood features a lovely outdoor area and a pool ideal for soaking up the Marseille sun. And if you fall in love with the place, they also have other houses across the region and most recently, a stunning chalet in the mountains.

Your favorite designers from Marseille?

Marseille’s creative scene is thriving and full of inspiring talent. I love discovering the work of local artisans and designers these are the people shaping the city’s unique aesthetic.

Among them are Margaux Keller and Axel Chay, whose creations perfectly capture Marseille’s design spirit, balancing softness and boldness.

The galerie Objets Inanimés, founded by Julie Pailhas, is an inspiring space that showcases furniture, sculptures, and objects by promising young designers.

Behind Franca Atelier, two passionate Marseillaises, France Bocognani and Caroline Bartoli, handcraft ceramic pieces with free-flowing forms and Mediterranean hues, blending artisanal expertise with raw elegance.

In the same spirit, Karine Lanny’s ceramic creations for Monochromic celebrate Mediterranean craftsmanship. These pieces are available at our Honoré boutique, and last year a joint showroom in the former Casa Honoré highlighted this shared dedication to material, technique, and Southern light.

Finally, I’m particularly drawn to the work of Sarah Espeute , who embroideries table linens with rare delicacy, and the wooden tableware by Oros Design , a brand I discovered during our pop-up at Le Bon Marché last year.
