Click & Collect during COVID-19 Lockdown

If you chose to Click and Collect, you will have to come and fetch your Honoré order from our shop in Marseille.  Thank you for supporting small businesses.

Here are a few FAQ about Click and Collect during the lockdown period in France

I have pre-ordered items in my click & collect order, when will they be available?

As indicated, your items will not be available immediately, even if you chose to click & collect.  They will be available once we have received them in our inventory of our store in Marseille.  The ETA is inside your order confirmation email.

As soon as we receive your products, we will send you an email inviting you to come and collect them on an appointment schedule.

The product I ordered is in stock, when can I collect my order?

Usually, when your items are in stock, we take 24 hours approx. to prepare your order.  But in this exceptional time in history, we have been forced to change our pickup terms.  Once your order is ready, you will receive an email explaining that your order is ready to be collected.

You will be invited to book a spot on our calendar ( to make an appointment with us.  

What time can I collect my order?

We kindly remind you that our shop is closed during lockdown and that pickup is scheduled on appointment only.  To avoid propagating the COVID-19 virus, we have set up an appointment schedule that is open at the following times:

  • Tues-Thurs : 10 am - 12pm and 3pm - 5pm
  • Fri : 10am - 12pm

The appointments must be scheduled on our Calendly calendar ( in order to respect social distancing and avoid crowds in front of our store - but you will receive all the instructions in your email.

Once the lockdown is lifted, you will be able to come in and collect your shopping at any time of day during our opening hours.

Do I need to bring anything to collect my order?

Yes, please come with your order confirmation, some form of ID and a mask.  We kindly remind you that a mask is compulsory to protect your health and our employees'.

Why does it say that my order is ready to be picked up at a specific time but I haven't scheduled an appointment yet?

This is one of our system's limitations (we're trying to figure this out) : during this exceptional time, we cannot personalise everything.  Please connect to our calendar to book an appointment.
