HONORÉ

A Story of Family, Creativity and the Mediterranean

Our Story

The Honoré story began in Marseille in the 1980s, when Annick Lestrohan imagined her first collection of clothing for women and children.

Over time, fashion gave way to interior design. At the turn of the 2000s, her daughter, Ingrid Giribone, joined the family adventure and helped develop Honoré’s first collections of furniture and objects.

Today, the creations of the house travel far beyond Marseille, while keeping the Mediterranean as their point of reference.

Our Story
The Honoré Spirit

Honoré draws its inspiration from both shores of the Mediterranean.

From Marseille, of course, with its distinctive light, striking contrasts and close connection to the sea, but also from Morocco, with its craftsmanship, colours, materials and rich artisanal traditions.

For us, the Mediterranean is more than simply a setting. It embodies a way of life: open homes, warm interiors, long gatherings around the table, objects brought home from travels, and the freedom to combine them in unexpected ways. A sun-drenched, vibrant and spontaneous aesthetic that runs through every one of our collections.

Craftsmanship

Since its beginnings in interior design, Honoré has maintained a close connection with Moroccan craftsmanship.

Our creations come to life through the hands of artisans whose gestures, experience and mastery of materials give each piece its character. Behind every shape, weld, finish or imperfection, there is always the presence of the human hand.

This dialogue between design and the craftsmanship of those who bring it to life is an integral part of the way we create. Each object therefore bears the marks of its making and tells its own story.

A Taste for Materials

A Taste for Materials
Perfectly Imperfect Objects

Perfectly Imperfect Objects

At Honoré, we love materials that have a life of their own.

Metal, wood, clay, natural fibres and textiles are chosen as much for their character as for their imperfections. Subtle variations, a texture, the trace of a hand: these details make each object unique.

We are not looking for uniform perfection, but for a more soulful kind of beauty that of an object carefully crafted by hand, made to evolve with the home it inhabits. Homes that feel personal rather than perfect. Warm, generous and full of life.

An Invitation to Live in the Sun

It is a story of family, heritage, travels and encounters. A certain vision of the Mediterranean and of home: free, warm, imperfect and deeply alive.

From Marseille, we continue to imagine pieces designed to travel, stand the test of time and find their place in your own story.
